The THFA400752T050S is a high accurate, reliable temperature probe with SSU316 stainless steel sheath and Platinum PT100 sensing element.  PT100 is a type of resistance temperature detector (RTD) that is commonly used for temperature measurement in various industrial and scientific applications.  It is based on the principle that the electrical resistance of certain materials changes with temperature. The PT100 is specifically designed to have a resistance of 100 ohms at 0 degrees Celsius.  The resistance of the probe changes linearly with temperature, following the relationship defined by the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90).

 

To measure the temperature, the PT100 probe is connected to an appropriate measuring device, such as a temperature controller or data acquisition system. The resistance of the probe is measured using a bridge circuit or a dedicated RTD measurement circuit, and the corresponding temperature is determined using the established relationship between resistance and temperature.

The TTCT201001T050T is a temperature probe implement with type T thermocouple.  It is specifically designed for temperature measurement in various industrial and scientific applications. 

Type T thermocouples are known for their wide temperature range and good accuracy. They can measure temperatures ranging from -200 degrees Celsius to around 400 degrees Celsius (-328 to 752 degrees Fahrenheit). However, their accuracy is typically lower compared to some other thermocouple types.

 

One of the main advantages of type T thermocouples is their excellent resistance to corrosion, which makes them suitable for applications in harsh environments or where exposure to corrosive substances is expected. They are commonly used in industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and automotive.

 

When using a type T thermocouple, it is essential to ensure proper connection and temperature compensation. The temperature measurement device must be calibrated and configured to compensate for the cold junction temperature (the reference temperature at the other end of the thermocouple wires). This compensation is necessary to obtain accurate temperature readings.

The TDSB630755C050S is a digital temperature probe with Maxim Integrated DS18B20 sensor.  It is a popular and widely used digital temperature sensor with 1-Wire communication with the host device. The DS18B20 is known for its simplicity, accuracy, and ease of use, making it suitable for various applications.

The DS18B20 temperature probe utilizes a digital temperature sensor based on a silicon integrated circuit. It is designed to provide accurate temperature measurements with a resolution of up to 12 bits, allowing for temperature readings with precision down to 0.0625 degrees Celsius.

 

One of the key features of the DS18B20 is its unique 1-Wire interface. This interface enables multiple DS18B20 sensors to be connected to a single data line, simplifying the wiring and reducing the number of pins required for communication. Each DS18B20 sensor has a unique 64-bit serial code, which allows for individual identification and addressing when multiple sensors are connected in a network.

 

The DS18B20 temperature probe operates over a wide temperature range, typically from -55 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius (-67 to +257 degrees Fahrenheit). It is capable of measuring temperatures with high accuracy, typically within ±0.5 degrees Celsius in the range of -10 to +85 degrees Celsius.

The probe is housed in a SSU316 stainless steel sheath, which provides mechanical protection and makes it suitable for use in various environments, including industrial, automotive, and outdoor applications.

 

The DS18B20 temperature probe communicates using the 1-Wire protocol, which allows for simple and low-cost integration with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and other digital devices. It requires only a single data line and a pull-up resistor for communication. The sensor can be powered directly from the data line using parasitic power, eliminating the need for an external power supply in some applications.

 

To read temperature data from the DS18B20, the host device sends specific commands and receives the temperature values in a digital format. There are software libraries and protocols available that simplify the integration of the DS18B20 into various platforms and programming languages.
